READING
Objective
Increase the number of students performing at or above grade level in reading from 34% (Fall 2025) to 40% (Spring 2026) as measured by Spring iReady
Critical Initiatives

Teachers will participate in consistent date meetings to monitor student growth and refine instruction accordingly.
- Teacher will receive support through instructional coaching and progress monitoring every 4-6 weeks.
- Students will participate in differentiated small group TIER II & III instruction and use i-Ready resources for individual practice.

MATHEMATICS
Objective
